The Broker — The Short Version
TabTrade.com launched in Q1 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, a well-known broker.
That last detail is relevant. It suggests the leadership has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. But more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.
They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres institutional desks use. Most new brokers starts with a white-label MT4 setup. TabTrade went the other way. Interesting choice.
What you can trade: forex, indices, metals, commodities, shares, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something this new, the breadth is not narrow.
Platforms
Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both matters. Use whichever you prefer.
MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you know MT4 or MT5 previously, it is familiar territory.
cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. Plenty of traders find it more natural once they try it.
FIX API is there for automated strategies but requires the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is apparently coming. That would make the platform set when it arrives.
Accounts and Pricing
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. $0 to start. Good for people who want simple pricing.
Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often a fraction of a pip. Meaning your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level want $500 or more to open. TabTrade does not.
VIP. $25k to open. FIX API, faster fills, tailored rates. Not relevant to typical accounts. Ignore this one unless you run serious volume.
Infrastructure
The speed is where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are proper execution targets. Most retail brokers quote a much wider range.
Does it matter? If you scalp, it does. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, you will not notice. But the fact that they invested in proper execution. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Pair that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering makes sense. Few brokers in this bracket have infrastructure at this level.
Regulation
This is the detail that requires honesty. The broker is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a dealbreaker, stop reading. There are tier-1 alternatives out there.
However. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The server placement is expensive. Dodgy operations do not invest in tier-1 data centre access. None of this make it safe. It should factor into your assessment.
What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether this deal makes sense is your call.
Welcome Offer
TabTrade offers a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Usual sign-up bonus. You put money in, the broker top up your balance. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you deposit.
